Client shall never be responsible to pay Collection Shield 360 any money out of pocket for the deletion of Collection Accounts.
A Collection Account will be considered deleted if it appeared on Client's credit report at the time of enrollment with Collection Shield 360 and is later removed from at least one of the 3 bureaus.
Collection Shield 360 shall receive a fee of $150.00 per Deleted Collection account only from FDCPA settlements funds collected for Client in excess of $200.00.
If no FDCPA settlements are obtained for Client, then Client shall owe nothing to Collection Shield 360 for Deleted Collection Accounts and will not be billed from Collection Shield 360 for such Deleted Collection Accounts.
